InFact Group has been present at Oracle Openworld and ıt's predecessor Siebel User Week / Customer World since 2000. But in the last four years InFact has specifically made the trip as an exhıbitor. And our customers often ask us why such a moderately sized company should make that trip.
We like answer to it in 4 parts:
1) InFact Group is, in the most active sense of the word, an international company. Our customers include many US and Canada-based organızations, European and Asian businesses.
2) Since we began developing our CRM On Demand services we have seen the borders and frontiers of our business disappear - Software as a Service means Service irrespective of location.
3) As an Oracle Certified Partner we aim to show Oracle and our future customers that we know CRM On Demand better than any other partner in the sector.
4) We aim to showcase our customers and successful implementations. This year, as before, we will have the honor of accompanying major customers to the show and hearing them talk about how they successfully engaged with InFact.
