InFact Group has signed an important deal with one of the world’s largest telecom companies, to implement a Customer Relationship solution for their sales personnel in Europe. InFact Group will be responsible for the end to end implementation of the project. The deployment will enable the sales personnel to have up-to-date information about their contacts and sales opportunities and will enhance their effectiveness in working with their distributors.
Through enhanced reporting the managers will have a up-to-date information on the forecasted revenue, split by a variety of product lines to better position their offer, and enhance their market share. In the second phase InFact Group will enable the solution on various mobile devices, supported by the telecom operator.

InFact Group announces today another multi-national customer signature, for the delivery of CRM On Demand to four different regions in a multi-lingual service and sales roll-out for 300 users in France, UK, Scandinavia and Benelux.

Proving once again expertise in the rapidly growng CRM On Demand sector, InFact Group has been retained to deliver integration services for one of the world's largest service providers to businesses.
The project, ensuring integration between CRM On Demand and mission critical back-office applications responsible amongst other things for contractual data, will leverage the InFact Group EAI Accelerator, a customizable framework for integration with CRM On Demand. Based on process definition using industry standards and providing online reporting it lowers maintenance costs and facilitates evolution.
To accompany its growth since 1989 and to reinforce its development, a European leader of Promotional and Marketing Logistics has chosen Oracle CRM On Demand and selected InFact Group to lead the deployment project.
