InFact Group uses tools like Adobe Captivate,  to create free-standing interactive demonstrations that serve to replace traditional training in remote locations. InFact Group can also propose customized questionnaires enabling customers to deliver targeted questions, and analyze the responses as part of the change management process. Our Change Management Programs are delivered either directly or through Train the Trainer programs.

InFact Group promotes Oracle Siebel CRM project success with Oracle SimBuilder, a multi-format eLearning, and iHelp and documentation tool designed to accelerate delivery of learning materials and to maximize the success of roll-out.
