Mr Vish Yadathore, Chief Executive, has nearly twenty years experience driving large-scale international projects for customers in Europe and the United States. His list of successes includes SAP, Oracle, Siebel and Analytics deployments as Project Manager and Project Director. He proved a role model for many of his contemporaries moving to Europe and setting up home and business in France. Prior to founding InFact Vish worked at a global automobile manufacturer, overseeing their worldwide SAP implementation.

Mr Richard Napier - Before joining InFact Group as Director Business Development, he was Director of Siebel Systems Technical Education. He was responsible for the creation and expansion of Siebel University in Southern Europe, successfully adapting to the marketspace and creating one of the best performing regions in the organization. Before going to Siebel Systems he was also a Manager at Baan Software. In 1992 he began working in a specialised Consulting firm in London, UK successfully for 6 years. Richard graduated from the University of Aston, UK in 1991.

Mrs Raphaelle Bouchard, Director HR, joined InFact in the spring of 2003. Before setting-up a web agency in the early 90s and leading its growth to 150 employees, Raphaelle contributed to the expansion of Apple Computer in France up to 10% market share. The presence of such an expert in Human Resources within the tightly-knit team is testament to the level of importance attached to employee satisfaction within the company.

Mr Pierre Yves Gublin, in charge of Strategic Development joined InFact in 2007. With 15 years experience in Computer Science and Telecommunications,he formerly developed over a period of 5 years a 1 million Customer BtoC market and spent 10 years building a Telecoms BtoB market in services and solutions throughout Europe with High-Tech services such as Broadband services, GSM prepaid services, Billing and CRM platforms for actors addressing the market.

Mrs Chandrika Byadigere is one of the founding members of InFact and is today responsible for the BI Practice. After graduating in Computer Science and Telecommunications, she has worked on various technologies over the last 15 years in Asia and Europe.  She has notable experience in the Financial Services sector, having managed Business Intelligence Projects interfacing Leading CRM Products like Siebel, Vantive etc., to provide key information to decision makers of some of the world's largest financial institutions.

The Beginning

The story begins in the year 2000, with the meeting of two project managers at a major global car manufacturer. Didier Gillissen ( from Belgium) and Vish Yadathore (from India) decide to found a company after a market study of centering around CRM and Integration. The imminent transfer of project activities to Germany, with the associated logistic challenges, speeds up their decision.

The 2 colleagues have simple objectives for this new company :

  • Technical and Functional Knowledge
  • Financial Independence, zero debt, reduced launch capital
  • An atmosphere where future actors will be able to be free to express and show their talents
  • A company without frontiers and a true international spirit

Siebel Systems being the major CRM provider, with some savings, the Siebel consultancy InFact France is founded. The first employee is hired (an experienced consultant who is also the wife of one of the founders) the first contract is signed rapidly. A mission to create Dashboards for a Belgian pharmaceutical customer, using Actuate Reports. So since the very beginning InFact Group has practiced what has become its slogan - strength of an international group, the flexibility of an SMB.
 
Finding a Niche and Opening Education  Services
 
The return on the initial investment facilitated the next step, identifying a unique proposition. A quick resumé of the situation:

  • The owners of the CRM consulting market space were focused on the CRM product
  • The owner of the Reporting market space were focused on the Reporting tool

So a niche existed to deliver a double competency and focus on making customer's business and not the technology. With this new approach, InFact Group was able to align with the software providers and accelerate it's growth. A major contract was signed with one of Europe's largest banks, and today the presence in this customer has been prolonged until 2010 with a multi-skilled team of Business Intelligence experts.

The CRM community took notice and Siebel projects were won, pushing the company forward. In 2001, InFact once again showed it's flair for positioning by hiring Richard Napier, a personality in the European CRM community, from Siebel Systems and immediately engaging in Technical and Functional Education. This business line is today a stable revenue generator and contributes to the image and experience of InFact Group.

 Hosted CRM - Early Adopter and Market Leader
  
 In 2003, with the CRM market and systems integrators in a state of flux, InFact took a step forward into a domain many considered a "flash in the pan" - hosted CRM through their partner Siebel Systems and later Oracle Corporation.

  • The solution was simple, had a great user interface and small budget requirements
  • New integration opportunities were opened up by the support of Web Services

It comes as no surprise then that InFact Group was one of the first partners for CRM On Demand and also one of the first customers. The product was a hit inside InFact and rapidly adopted by customers over the world. Today InFact Group is one of the most successful CRM On Demand integrators, preaching and delivering the flexibility and strength that are part of its makeup.

Our integrations delivered to customers of CRM On Demand help enhance existing investment in applications like JD Edwards, Booking Systems, Telephony, Social Networks, Mapping services and many more  by providing a single customer-focused user interface to the business, complete with powerful business analytics.

New technology partnerships and investments keep InFact Group on track, with new geographical capability in Central Europe and Scandinavia as well as the United Kingdom to complement Southern Europe and India.
